RASCAL stands for "Roaming Animal Sterilization Clinic at Low Cost". The RASCAL Unit consists of two mobile veterinary hospitals based in Dublin, Ohio. RASCAL vans travel throughout Ohio with the help of local humane organizations, pounds, and shelters. RASCAL brings affordable pet care to local communities, including sterilization (spay/neuter), vaccinations, de-worming, and flea/tick treatments. RASCAL's low costs help pet owners take better care of their beloved pets. For more information about RASCAL pricing, please visit their website by clicking here. Note: HSAC requires a $20 non-refundable deposit for each pet to hold your appointment.

Because of RASCAL Unit's popularity, appointments book quickly. All clients interested in using RASCAL Unit's services must visit the Humane Society of Adams County (11481 State Route 41, West Union, OH 45693) to complete paperwork and prepay in cash, or with a check or credit card, before any surgery date will be reserved.

We will do our best to accommodate everyone, but we greatly appreciate your patience during the scheduling process. Thank you!
